We receive this fresh product with its green leaves at our factory after its picking  carefully and then it is submitted to a careful sorting operation.

After this he cutting is  carried out in a manner that keeps the natural taste and nutritive characteristics of the product.

Then another sorting is carried out to grant a 100% clean product.
